We are seeking professionals to work as aeronautical structural designers for our project located in Charleroi (Belgium), Madrid (Spain), and Toulouse (France). We are looking for both senior and junior candidates.
-Roles and responsibilities for senior positions:
- Lead the development and modification of complex structural designs (steel and composite) for major aircraft assemblies.
- Define design concepts and ensure compliance with aerospace standards and project requirements.
- Oversee the creation and validation of 3D models, 2D drawings and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with the stress analysis, systems, manufacturing and certification teams to ensure robust integration and technical consistency.
- Provide support for resolving technical issues throughout the entire design lifecycle.
-Roles and responsibilities for Junior positions:
- Develop and modify structural designs for aircraft components and assemblies (metal and composite).
- Prepare and update 3D models, 2D drawings and technical documentation using CATIA V5, 3DX and related tools.
- Ensure structural feasibility, manufacturability and compliance with aerospace standards.
- Coordinate with the stress analysis, systems, manufacturing and certification teams to ensure optimal integration.
Actively participate in technical reviews and validation processes.

Minimum requirements
Education:
- A degree in aeronautical, aerospace or mechanical engineering.
- Spanish and English (minimum B2 level or equivalent).
- Knowledge of French would be an advantage.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3–10 years’ experience in aircraft structural design, including major sections such as the fuselage, wings or tail. Senior candidates must have held leadership or coordination roles.
- Solid knowledge of CATIA V5 and/or 3DX.
- Experience in metal and composite structures.
- Knowledge of aerospace design standards and validation processes.
- Solid knowledge of aerospace design methodologies and industrial integration.
- Experience in conceptual design is an advantage.
